Sony Ericsson W300
Expanding their line of Walkman phones, the W300 has been added. It is a quad-band EDGE clamshell phone with the same music experience as other high end models.
One addition to the W300 is the built-in digital camera whcih has a VGA resolution (640×480 pixels) and a 4x digital zoom.
This brings the total of Walkman phones to seven in less than a year. The phones are targeted a large group of people, from the high end models, to the less expensive models for casual music listeners.
The W300 supports both MP3 and AAC music playback with a battery life that offers up around 30 hours of music listening. The W300 includes a removable 256MB Memory Stick Micro (M2) card which can be replaced with up to a 1GB stick.
The Sony Ericsson W300 W300 is equipped with EDGE Class 10 which allows for quick data transfers and Internet access. It also includes Bluetooth connection abilities for sharing data with other Bluetooth-enabled devices.
The Sony Ericsson W300 will be available sometime in the second quarter of this year in Shimmering White and Shadow Black color variants.
